When we are in the ancient Jewish marriage stage of "Kiddushin", we are set apart, waiting for our bridegroom to return. We were picked by the Father of the Groom and...we wait for our Beloved's return. He has gone to prepare a house for us.
The head covering tells the world that we are different, we have entered into a level of commitment in our relationship.
Prayer is where we meet Him and prayer is what keeps our relationship intimate. As we draw closer to Him, He draws closer to us and becomes more real to our hearts and in our lives.
We are His beloved, we have ravished His heart, He longs to be in this intimate place with us. We have mutually agreed to enter into "Kiddushin".
"Then longingly addressing her absent shepherd, she cried,
Until the day breaks and the shadows flee away, return hastily, O my beloved, and be like a gazelle or a young hart as you cover the mountains which seperate us"
Song Of Solomon 2:17

Kiddushin is an ancient Jewish custom. It is a waiting period and a time of preparation before the actual wedding. It is a state of intimacy that we enter into with our bridegroom, our Lord, Jesus. The bridegroom’s Father picks whom He will choose for His Son. With a loving hand and a heart to save, He beckons to our heart. "Do you see Him? Can you feel Him? Can you love Him? Please don’t abandon Him,
This is my Son".
Father God calls us to His Son, His most dear one and asks us to take His hand. He asks us to promise our hearts and our love to His precious Son. He asks us to set ourselves apart from the world and enter into the intimacy of His heart. To enter into a relationship based on trust and forgiveness, grace and mercy. A relationship like we have never experienced before. Father God calls to our hearts. "Please don’t leave Him, and will you love Him? This…… is….. my Son"”
A Father trying to satisfy the hunger for love in His Son and in His people, He still offers us free will. As Jesus stands with His hand extended, with eyes only for His beloved, He hopes that, this time, you will take His hand and give Him your heart. But, ooooh, the world licks at us and entices us out of our intimacy. We turn away and a tear slips from the eyes of God’s only Son. Time and struggles shift our focus from our King to our problems. We enter into the world and on the wings of the wind you can still hear the whispers, "Can’t you see Him? Can’t you feel Him? Please turn towards Him; this is my SON….. chosen for you!" “
God’s most precious one, the one He holds most dear, is chosen for YOU. Take the hand of your Savior and smile at God. Father God chose you for this day, for this relationship, for this expansion of love where heaven kisses the Earth and heaven opens your heart! You have been chosen by the great I AM for this moment. The Father of the bridegroom longs to hear you say “ "Yes, I see Him. Oooooh, yes, I can love Him, my most beloved Jesus. I won’t ever leave Him……. I now know and understand the implications - He is your Son"”
A white veil is placed over your head and the heavenlies rejoice. You have accepted the eternal offer and you are now committed to your groom. You are set apart from others as you whisper, “"He is...your son. He is…...my greatest love.”."
Testimonial: "I just sat with this and I cried....that kind of love........ for me........."
